We had a fantastic stay at this place. It is located in a nice area with plenty to see and do, and it is easily accessible by tram that connects to the U-Bahn. The district was quiet, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service, and we appreciated the room amenities like the ironing facilities and soundproofed rooms. The terrace was a great spot to relax in the garden furniture. We also made use of the leisure facilities like the spa & wellness centre, sauna, and steam room. we were impressed by the quality of this venue.

The bed and mattress were decent, providing a comfortable sleep during my Christmas stay. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, even managing to prepare a room with a baby bed for us ahead of the check-in time. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to a tram line and a beautiful park across the street. This made it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying outdoor activities.
There were some disappointments. The hotel charged extra for breakfast if it wasn't booked in advance, and even then, the price was considered overpriced.

The room had a lot of space, it was really comfortable and clean. Public transport was easily accessible on foot less than 5 minutes from the hotel. We were kinda surprised by the bathroom, very comfortable, spacious, and well-organized. the hotel's location near a big park was a bonus, providing a nice escape from the city hustle.

The hotel offered a wonderful spa, lovely bar, and delicious breakfast. The room was comfortable and had high-quality amenities. Transportation was convenient with nearby tram stops. Perfect for sightseeing without the noise of being in the center. Great value for money.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was only a few tram stops away from the city center and Alexanderplatz. The staff was helpful and kind, great to check in early for a small fee and granting us a late check-out at no extra charge. The spa area was a great bonus, and the rooms were clean and spacious, providing lots of natural light. We also appreciated the easy access to public transport with a tram stop right next to the hotel.
